Bringing Science to Life

Exciting experiences inside the grade 8 science classroom this week with students exploring the laws of conservation of energy.  Building their prototype rollercoasters, the students are working in groups experimenting with to work out which angle of descent works best, the ideal length of course and the best layout, before a competition final on Friday. 

Which group will have made the best course?  Who will win the inaugural rollercoaster competition?
