Your family’s journey to Beau Soleil starts with our expert Admissions Team. They’ll guide you through the application process – from helping you submit your form and documents to organising a tour of our campus.

Places are limited, and we receive a large number of applications every year. We’d encourage you to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

You’ll also need to send us the following documents:

  • Copies of school reports from the past two years.
  • A handwritten letter of motivation, completed by the prospective student.

Step 2:
References

Once you’ve given us permission and the relevant contact details, we’ll ask your current school to complete our reference form.

 

Step 3:
Pay our application fee

You’ll then need to pay a non-refundable application fee of CHF 3,000. We’ll send you a secure link where you can make an online payment.

 

Step 4:
Getting to know you

We can’t wait to show you around our campus. If you can’t make it to Beau Soleil in person, we can organise a Virtual Discovery Meeting or arrange to meet you closer to home.

At this point in the process, we ask all prospective students to complete placement tests in Maths and English.

 

Step 5:
Reviewing your application

Our Admissions Committee will then review your application. They’ll make a decision within a week. If successful, you’ll receive an offer in writing.
