From the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to the streets of New Orleans, the glaciers of Patagonia to the coral reefs of the Maldives, our students discover the world on a series of life-changing trips. These experiences immerse them in diverse cultures and environments, creating memories and bonds that last a lifetime. Adventurous activities abound throughout the year, too, including whitewater rafting, skydiving, and alpine climbing. |
Our students learn to ski or snowboard – or hone their existing skills and compete – through our Winter Sports Programme. In summer, our location provides the backdrop to an exhilarating outdoor education programme. We organise a series of whole-school challenges, too, which bring our community together and demonstrate our students’ determination and resilience. Focused Professional Learning Programmes also give our learners the chance to gain practical qualifications and skills. These include the opportunity to become a certified ski instructor or qualified bike mechanic. Aspiring entrepreneurs can get involved in one of our student-led businesses, too, which include the school’s ‘17g Coffee’ brand. |
